Sofia city prosecutor, Hristo Dinev has resigned, the press office of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) confirmed for BNT on 29th of May.
Dinev submitted his resignation to the correspondence department of the SJC on Friday, 27th of May. As motives to step down from the post he pointed health reasons.
The resignation is subject to approval by SJC.
