Our national informatics team is coming back to Bulgaria with 4 medals from the second edition of the European Junior Informatics Olympiad - eJOI. A total of 80 participants from 20 countries competed in Kazan, Russia. The Bulgarian youth team is second in the rankings, and each member of the team is returning with a medal.

The four young informants from our national team won 4 medals: 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze.
Last autumn our country became the initiator and host of the European Junior Informatics Olympics. This year Russia took over the relay to host the event which took place from 26 – 31 of July.
Right after the first race, Andon and Victor, winners of the gold medals, were third in the rankings. In the final, the Bulgarian team ranked second after the Russian. Representatives of Armenia, Romania and Poland also finished in the top places.
