The caretaker government on July 7 adopted a decision to dismiss Angelo Prokopiev as the Deputy Head of the State Intelligence Agency.
Prokopiev was dismissed from the post at his own request.
In mid-June, the caretaker cabinet dismissed the Head of the Intelligence agency, Atanas Atanasov, for “lack of political neutrality and for not presenting intelligence information to the President. He was replaced by Antoan Gechev.
