The European Prosecutor's Office on January 12 approved the candidacy of Ivaylo Iliev for delegated prosecutor and rejected that of Anita Dhamalova.
Dzamalova's candidacy was rejected because it does not meet all the requirements set out in the regulation on the work of the European Public Prosecutor's Office.
Thus, Bulgaria already has 9 officially approved delegated prosecutors in the institution.
