The total coronavirus cases confirmed in Bulgaria as at April 25 is 1234. 63 more people tested positive for the past 24 hours, the national task force said at the morning daily briefing.
The increase compared to yesterday is by 5.4%.
The active cases are 983 and the increase is in them.
The largest number of new cases were registered in Pleven – 19. Seven of them are workers from “Mizia” clothes manufacturing plant and 5 are persons that were in contact with the infected. Seven of them are in hospital.
The latest cases in Sofia are 16.
There are two new cases of children who tested positive for the virus: one in Pleven, 4 year old boy and a 12 year old girl from Sofia. Their symptoms are light.
Six new cases were confirmed with medical professionals.
197 people have recovered.
Two more people died over the past 24 hours.
The total cases in the capital Sofia are 639, 149 of them are in hospitals, 27 are in intensive care.
