Two workers died in an accident at a construction site near Kremikovtzi district in Sofia on September 9.
The signal for two injured workers was reported to the Medical Emergency Aid at 10:18 am.
They were without helmets and belts, according to the mayor of Kremikovtzi region, they fell from a construction hoisting equipment. Two ambulances were sent, arriving in 12 minutes after the accident was reported.
The men fell from about 8-10 metres, were seriously injured, and in shock. Both had to be resuscitated in the ambulances, which were travelling according to the Medical Emergency Aid service at about 140-150 km per hour, but at arrival in the yard of the District Hospital, where they were to be hospitalised, both workers died.
