The World Water Congress is again held in Bulgaria. The forum is attended by top scientists from all over the world.
The world-famous scientist, the Nobel laureate, the French scientist who discovered the HIV virus Prof. Luc Montagnier opened the first session. He brought a piece of news. He proves that DNA can be analysed through water structures which according to the 150 scientists in the forum is a revolutionary discovery. He says that bacteria and viruses can change water structures.
Answering the question “Can humanity win the battle with microorganisms - bacteria, viruses?”, Luke Montagnier said : “I'm sure. We make so many changes. It is not about our or the next generation, but about the future. Nobody talks about it, we do not know what the effect is yet. But we have to be very careful.
Bulgarian Roumyana Tsenkova from Rousse created a new science for light and water - Aquaphotomics in 2005. A year later she received the big world prize for fast red spectro-analysis. She has been working for years together with Luc Montagnier's Paris Laboratory. And now they carry their general studies of the mysteries of the water molecule into the new ultramodern laboratory of Montagnier in Switzerland.
“Bulgaria has the largest number of mineral springs in Europe. And they are very valuable, and this is an indispensable wealth of Bulgaria, which we need to understand,” she said.
