In the summer months, the number of road traffic accidents in Bulgaria has increased, statistics of the Ministry of Interior reveals on 24th of August.
From the beginning of the year to 22nd of August, 361 people were killed in accidents on the Bulgarian roads. Only in the summer months of June, July and August, 190 people lost lives in crashes.
The most common causes are speeding and losing control of the vehicle.
