The Bulgarian government will allocate 27 million BGN for the recovery from the consequences of the floods. The decision was made at a meeting held in the Black Sea coastal city of Bourgas on Wednesday, 30th April.
After the meeting it became clear that a centre for combating terrorism would be opened in Bulgaria as part of the structure of the Bulgarian State Agency for National Security. The Minister of Interior, Tsvetlin Yovchev stated that it was agreed a Bulgarian team to go for training in the United States in May.
The government also adopted a roadmap for e-government covering the period unitl 2015. It allows the data bases of all administrations to be connected and thus to reduce the administrative burden for citizens and businesses.
