A military munition washed up in the area of the beach near Arapya, Bourgas district. The alert on the emergency line 112 was filed around 13:00 by a tourist.
Police teams were immediately sent to the scene and evacuated about 20 holidaymakers who were on the beach. The area was cordoned off.
Naval forces teams from Atia base also arrived at the scene. Their team found that it was an anti-aircraft missile launcher, which was not explosive. The munition was collected by the Navy representatives.
Last week such launch engines appeared on the beach near Aheloy and in the area of Nessebar and worried tourists.
