Big fire is raging near Svishtov

Big fire is raging near Svishtov on August 14. Some 50 decares from the old landfill of the city are burning.

For 4 hours, firefighters have been trying to supress the flames, which reach a height of 15 metres.

On site, besides firefighting teams, there are also agricultural machinery and specialized machinery. The fire is burning in the immediate vicinity of the forest near Svishtov.
