BNT signed agreement with parties for covering local elections campaign

Bulgarian National Television (BNT) on September 19 signed an agreement with authorized representatives of parties, coalitions of political parties and nomination committees that have registered candidates for the local elections. The agreement is for covering the election campaign in the programme of the the public service broadcaster BNT.

The election campaign will be covered by BNT in the framework of specially designed broadcasts in the form of video clips, debates and other forms detailed in the Agreement.

The signatories agree during the election campaign on the BNT broadcasts to be guided by the generally accepted principles of fair political competition.
