Three “sand-cat” type 4x4 vehicles of the Military Police will enter the scene of the blasts, the Ministry of Defence said. Defence chief Admiral Emil Eftimov and Military Police director Brigadier General Ivaylo Sotirov are involved in managing the situation.

Military personnel with four water-carriers from the Mobile Communications Station (MCC) - Gorna Malina, as well as military personnel with two water-carriers from the formation in Negushevo, from the Logistic Support Command, have been sent to the scene.
