Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on November 3 expressed his condolences after a series of terrorist attacks last night in the Austrian capital.
"I express my deepest condolences to the families and relatives of those killed in the attack in Vienna. I wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
