Bulgaria’s President, Rosen Plevneliev, convenes the Consultative Council for National Security (CCNS) on Tuesday, 17th June. The topics to be discussed include the date for holding the early parliamentary elections, nomination of the Bulgarian EU Commissioner, issues related to ‘South Stream’ gas pipeline project, European funding and the needs for reforms.
