On 5th of November, Bulgaria’s President, Rosen Plenveliev handed the mandate to Boyko Borisov, the leader of the largest party represented in Parliament, the centre-right GERB, to form a government.
By the end of the day, GERB will know whether it would be able to form a government. On 6th of November, GERB will either name the government or will return the mandate, Boyko Borisov said in response.
“I am going to take today’s opportunities”, Borisov noted.
