Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said he was shocked by the terror attack in Nice and expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims.
Speaking at the Black Sea during a visit to the Breeze 2016 training exercise on 15th of July, he said that there was one Bulgarian who was slightly injured in the Nice attack and did not seek medical help. Borissov commented that unfortunately the measures against terrorism taken internationally did not give results because, in his words, aggression provoked new terrorism.
