Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia on October 31 signed an agreement for interconnection of the gas transmission systems of the two countries.
This document enables additional supplies of blue fuel to Bulgaria’s south-western neighbour, Bulgartransgaz said.
The agreement will also allow LNG supplies from the terminals with which the Bulgarian gas transmission system is already connected. In addition, North Macedonia will also be able to benefit from the storage facility in Chiren.
