Bulgaria expects to be allocated 11 billion euros under the cohesion policy, caretaker Deputy Prime Minister in charge for European Funds Management, Atanas Pekanov, in Brussels, before the November 18 meeting of the Council of the European Union.
He specified that the negotiations with the European Commission are in the final phase and the operational programmes will be submitted at the end of this and the beginning of next year. Most of the resources will go to the poorest regions of the country.
