Bulgarian driver’s lorry burnt after trying to pass though migrant camp

A TIR lorry with a Bulgarian driver burnt out on a motorway near the French town of Calais on 9th of January. The lorry burst into flames when the driver tried to cross a barricade, which migrants had built.

According to French media, the Bulgarian driver was beaten by migrants after he stepped out of the driver's cabin. The migrants managed to escape before the police arrived. The injured driver was taken to hospital.
