Members of the Bulgarain Parliament's Foreign Policy Committee will oppose the sanctions against Russia, if they harm the citizens of the European Union and if they impede the implementation of energy projects like ‘South Stream’. This position was adopted on 8th May, only with the votes of the left wing ‘Coalition for Bulgaria’ and the nationalist ‘Ataka’ party.
