Bulgaria’s Ministry of Finance on June 9 published a list of individuals and entities that fall or would potentially fall within the scope of the sanctions imposed by the United States Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
The extended list includes "all individuals and legal entities owned, controlled or managed during the last five years by the persons included in the OFAC list".
The list is based on information that is available and verified so far by the body under item 1. of Decision of the Council of Ministers №441. It can be supplemented or corrected upon receipt of new data or facts. After inspections, which are in the process of being carried out, it will be supplemented with entities under item 1, "a", as well as with those under item 1, "b" of the decision, namely: "all partners, shareholders, managers and members of management and control bodies of legal entities under letter "a", included at the moment and for the past 5 years.
The extended list is published in the "Open Governance" section, "Transparency" sub-section.
