At the start the first plenary sitting for this week, Bulgaria’s Parliament condemned the 28th of June terrorist attack at Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport. The Bulgarian MPs held a minute of silence for the victims.
The terrorist attack at Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport in which many innocent victims were killed and injured is a yet another brutal act against freedom and peace. Bulgaria strongly and resolutely condemns this barbaric act, The Deputy Chair of Parliament Dimitar Glavchev said on 29th of June.
There is no excuse for such monstrous violence targeting innocent people. In Bulgaria, we all grieve for the innocent victims of this huge tragedy, Glavchev said. We are sure this act will double the energy of the institutions, the civil society and the world democratic community for an even more uncompromising fight against terrorism, he noted.
