Bulgaria’s Parliament passed the new Public Procurement Law. On 2nd of February, MPs voted to adopt the amendments which are in compliance with the European Directive. The new law provides for tender opportunities and tender documents to become electronically available and for possibility more companies to participate in public tenders.
The business will have own dedicated profile to apply for contracts in the online portal. Companies will have easier access and will generate savings. They will be able to participate in tenders abroad. The online platform will lead to increase in competition and enhanced transparency of the public tenders.
