A bus fell off an overpass near the Daskalovo road junction. Initial reports are that he went over the curb and fell off the overpass.
The operation to extract the driver lasted nearly 3 hours. He was pulled out alive and was contacted but was admitted to hospital in a serious condition. There were no other casualties.
The incident happened around 7.30 pm. The bus was coming from the direction of Sofia, but for reasons not clear at the moment, it tore off the curb and fell off the bridge. He was loaded with one car.
