Confidence in the banking system in Bulgaria remains high, much higher than the confidence in state institutions and political parties, show the results of a public opinion survey conducted by AFIS agency about the public reactions and attitudes in relation to the crisis with Corporate Commercial Bank (CCB).
According to the results, 74% of the Bulgarian citizens said that only deposits of up to 100,000 euros should be paid to the clients of CCB. 11,4% of the inquired participants say that only deposits with guaranteed origin should be paid and 11,9% say that all deposits in their full size should be paid to the CCB clients.
The survey results also shows that in Bulgaria banks remain the most preferred place for the citizens to keep their money.
