The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,256 from 16,626 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on November 8.
Test positivity rate is approximately at 7.6%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 632,762.
The active cases are 112,845.
Of the total, 8,491 patients are in hospitals, 732 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 993 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 494,843
· 4,766 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,965,571
· 69 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 25,074.
Of the daily cases, 85.99% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 89.86% had not been vaccinated.
There were 303 new hospitalisations, of which 91.42% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
