The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 2,839 from 31,683 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on November 18.
Test positivity rate is approximately 9%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 665,578
The active cases are 110,988.
Of the total, 7,544 patients are in hospitals, 761 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 3,349 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 527,750
· 21,520 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 3,130,450.
· 164 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 26,840.
Of the daily cases, 83.66% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 92.07% had not been vaccinated.
There were 770 new hospitalisations, of which 90.13% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
