The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 5,256 from 53,300 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 30.
Test positivity rate is at a little below 10%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 598,199.
The active cases are 96,797.
Of the total, 7,680 patients are in hospitals, 676 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 1,581 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 477,530
· 23,164 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,847,489
· 154 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 23,872
Of the daily cases, 87.01% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 92.21% had not been vaccinated.
There were 939 new hospitalisations, of which 88.18% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
