Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 53 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 53 from 3,004 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on January 26, 2023.

Test positivity rate is 1,8%.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,295,135.

The active cases are 3,096.

Of the total, 290 patients are in hospitals, 38 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 151 recoveries;

• 121 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 1 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 52,83% had not been vaccinated.
