The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 81 from 4,550 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on May 25.
The test positivity rate is at 1,8%
22 were confirmed from PCR and 59 from rapid antigen tests.
Nine districts in the country reported no new cases over the past 24 hours: Vratsa; Dobrich; Kardhzali; Montana; Pernik; Razgrad; smolyan; Targovishte and Shoumen.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 416,727.
The active cases are 25,511.
Of the total, 3,781 patients are in hospitals, 406 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 318 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 373,703;
· 5,172 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 1,265,855;
· 17 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 17,513.
