Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 828 new cases, positivity rate is at 6%

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 828 from 14,204 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on November 15.

Test positivity rate is at 6%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 655,647

The active cases are 113,227.

Of the total, 8,228 patients are in hospitals, 752 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 1,353 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 516,141

· 4,874 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 3,070,018.

· 88 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 26,279.

Of the daily cases, 84.06% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 97.73% had not been vaccinated.

There were 293 new hospitalisations, of which 87.37% had not been vaccinated.

*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
