The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 2,891 from 12,634 PCR tests, data published on the National Information Portal on coronavirus shows on October 31.

Blagoevgrad - 149; Bourgas - 73; Varna - 158; Veliko Turnovo - 54; Vidin – 13; Vratsa - 63; Gabrovo - 68; Dobrich - 16; Kardzhali - 68; Kyustendil - 25; Lovech - 56; Montana - 38; Pazardzhik - 59; Pernik - 54; Pleven - 98; Plovdiv - 204; Razgrad - 39; Rousse - 132; Silistra - 17; Sliven - 50; Smolyan - 17; Sofia district - 63; Sofia city - 1059; Stara Zagora - 121; Targovishte - 58; Haskovo - 46; Shoumen - 60; Yambol - 33.
The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic is 51,041.
The active cases are 29,910.
Of the total, 2,447 patients are in hospitals, 165 of them being in intensive care.
The recoveries over the 24-hour period are 182. The total recoveries are 19,877.
A total of 2,268 medical professionals have tested positive since the start of the epidemic, including 99 over the past 24 hours: 30 d0ctors; 32 nurses; 14 healthcare asssiatnts; 2 paramedics and 21 other medical staff.
29 Covid-19 related deaths were reported in the past 24 hours, thus bringing the death toll to 1,254.
