He was admitted to the Pulmonary Diseases Hospital in Rousse with bronchopneumonia. His condition is good, said the health institution.
Dr. Svetoslav Dachev - Manager of the Pulmonary Diseases Hospital - Rousse: Enchev tested positive for coronavirus again and had developed severe pneumonia, which is being treated. Hee is in good condition, there is no deterioration, at least in the first few days of the treatment. In any case, it is unique. And there is some concern. Why is it possible for a person to get re-infected with the virus. There may be some explanation, may be not enough antibodies were made at the first encounter with the coronavirus.
There are no data for contact persons from the municipal administration in the days before Enchev was admitted to hospital.
So far, this is the first case in Rousse of a patient who is infected with a coronavirus for the second time.
At the beginning of July, Enchev tested positive for the virus, but he had no symptoms at that time.
