Bulgaria’s President Rosen Plevneliev conferred the highest state honour, the Stara Planina order – first level, to four outgoing ambassadors.
On 11th of July, at a special ceremony in the Coat of Arms Hall in the Presidency, Plevneliev awarded the ambassadors of Belgium, Anick Van Calster, France’s Xavier Lapeyre de Cabanes, Hungary’s András Klein and Japan’s Takashi Koizumi for their contribution to the development and strengthening Bulgaria’s bilateral relations with their countries.
