From May 19, sports competitions will be held with spectators occupying no more than 50% of the seating capacity, keeping a physical distance of at least 1.5 metres, as well as wearing protective face masks.
This became clear on May 18 after a meeting between the caretaker Minister of Health, Dr. Stoycho Katsarov, the executive director of CSKA football club Plamen Markov and representatives of the fan club of CSKA football team.
The decision was made on the basis of epidemic situation improving and reported significant decline in the cases of COVID-19 in the country. The change will be reflected in an order that will be issued by the end of today.
