Code yellow hot weather alert was issued for 21 districts in Bulgaria including the districts of Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Turnovo, Rousse, Silistra, Sofia- city, Sofia district, Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Smolyana, Kardzhali, Haskovo, and Yambol.
The temperatures on 14th of July are expected to be between 33 and 38 degrees per Celsius.
Specialists warn that the hot weather may pose risks to the health of elderly people, children and people with chronic medical conditions.
Rain and thunders are expected on Friday, 15th of July. The West of bulgaria may see hail stroms.
