19 illegal migrants have been detained in the region of Shishentsi, Vidin district in North of Bulgaria, local police said on 17th of June. On 16th of June, around 14.00 o’clock, police officers of the Regional Police office in Kula and Bregovo detected a group of 19 illegal migrants from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan. Shortly after that, a 23 year old man from Vidin was detained for alleged involvement with the group of foreigners.
The Bulgarian and the group of migrants have been referred to the relevant authorities.
