Borislav Sarafov, Deputy Chief Prosecutor: We are currently conducting investigative actions by a dynamic inspection of the site, and we take samples of the asphalt pavement, explore the very foundation in depth, so that these samples can be tested for both qualitative and quantitative composition of the materials in the asphalt coating and throughout the foundation - thickness of wear layer, base layer, gravel layer. In short, we are checking whether all the technological processes have been adhered to and whether all the materials have been incorporated in compliance with the requirements as it was under the terms of reference, he said.
