The division of naval special operations of the Bulgarian Navy has started joint training of the type SOF JCET (Special Operation Forces Joint Combined Exchange Training) with formations for naval special operations from the USA and Romania.
It is conducted in our country and the aim is to increase interoperability, individual and collective training of the participating maritime special forces formations.
The exercise will be carried out in Bulgaria and the aim is to increase the interoperability, individual and collective training of the participating formations of naval special forces.
Tactics, techniques and procedures for planning and conducting boarding operations, helicopter landing in various ways, fire training for short and extremely short distances, as well as special actions in the coastal zone will be practiced.
The joint exercise will continue until 1 April. It is being conducted within the framework of the planned joint exercises of the Bulgarian Army in 2021.
