New operational centre for independent and fast-track investigation of serious crimes will start working in Bulgaria’s National Investigation Service.
It will be established under an international project for enhancement of the capacity of Bulgaria’s prosecutor’s office in tackling organized crime.
The centrre is equipped with modern tools, including sets for investigation of crime scenes, collecting biological evidence or footwear and tire track evidence, as well for determining trajectory of shots.
The financing is provided under the Bulgarian-Swiss Cooperation Programme.
