Voter turnout stands at 8% at 11:00, Bulgaria’s Central Election Commission said on November 14.
8.59% of the voters have cast their vote for MPs.
8.62% voted in the elections for new President.
The highest turnout was in Smolyan (south Bulgaria) - more than 12%.
