The third no-confidence vote against Borissov 3 Cabinet will be tabled in the first days of next week, the opposition Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) said on 3rd of October. It will be against the new health care reform model, proposed by the government. The majority partner in the ruling coalition, GERB, commented that the vote will not succeed. Healthcare Committee Chair Daniela Daritkova said that the health minister's proposals for reform in the sector are the first specifically and clearly proposed calculations for improving the health insurance in the country. Other parliamentary groups also commented on the motion.
BSP announced that they would table the vote of no-confidence alone and would not consult the other parties in Parliament.
The minority partner in the coalition government, the United Patriots, will not support the vote, although they believe the health system is wrong. Volen Siderov from Ataka commented that some of the health minister's proposals sound sensible.
The MRF confirmed that they are not sought for consultations for the no-confidence motion.
Volya party said they most likely not support the vote.
As a rule, the debates on the no-confidence vote should start no later than 7 days after it is tabled.
