On June 9, Bulgaria’s Central Election Commission held a draw to determine the order in which the parties and coalitions will appear on the ballot paper for the general elections, scheduled for July 11.
The centre-right GERB-UDF collation will appear under number 5, the centre-left Bulgarian Socialist Party is 4, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms - 7, “There is Such a People” is 22.
The order on the ballot paper is as follows:

2. “FREEDOM” – political party
3. BULGARIAN NATIONAL UNION "NEW DEMOCRACY" – political party
4. "BSP for BULGARIA" – coalition of parties
5. “GERB – Union of Democratic Forces” – coalition of parties

7. "MOVEMENT FOR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS" – political party
8. “RISE UP! THUGS OUT! ” – coalition of parties
9. “MIR"– political party
10. “BULGAFIA OF LABOUR AND REASON” – political party
11. “VAZRAZHDANE” – political party
12. “PODEM” – political party
13. “BRIGADA” – political party
14. “DIRECT DEMOCRACY” – political party

The draw was held publicly in the presence of media and representatives of the political formations.
The order for presenting the candidates registered by the parties and coalitions in the various forms of the election campaign on BNT and BNR was also determined.
Yesterday, June 8, was the final deadline for the registration of the lists of candidates. A total of 18 parties and 9 coalitions have applied to run in the July 11th elections.
June 11 is the start of the election campaign. Until June 15, Bulgarians abroad can submit applications that they want to vote. By June 18, the CEC will decide on the number of polling stations and where they will be.

Bulgarians will be going to the polls on July 11 after the three biggest political powers elected in the April 4 regular parliamentary elections failed to form a government.
