On September 25, Bulgaria’s Central Election Commission held a draw to determine the order in which the parties and coalitions will appear on the ballot paper for the local elections, scheduled for October 27.
GERB will appear under number 43, the opposition Bulgarian Socialist Party is 56, IMRO - 34, NFSB – 8, Ataka – 4, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms - 55, Volya party is 51 and Democratic Bulgaria is 66.
Independent candidates nominated by the initiative committees will be entered in the ballot papers in the order of registration in the District Election Commissions. Those who submitted registration documents at the earliest will be up in the list of the ballot paper.
