The passage of vehicles through the checkpoints Ilinden – Exsochi and Kulata – Promachon at the Bulgarian-Greek border has been temporarily suspended, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Interior’s press office announced on 25th of January.
The border crossings were temporary closed at midday because of protests of the Greek farmers.
According to information of the Greek border authorities, the normal traffic is expected to be restored at 14.00 at Ilinden, but only the time of closure was announced for Kulata checkpoint.
