The Chair of the Bulgarian party GERB, Boyko Borissov, has ordered the parliamentary group of the party GERB to draft and submit a new amendment to the recently adopted Law on Privatisation and Post-privatisation Control.
The aim of the new proposals is to eliminate any suspicions of lobbyism in favour of one or other side. The new texts should explicitly provide for prohibitions to extend the effect of already existing privatisation contracts.
The changes will be presented at a briefing in the National Assembly by Danail Kirilov at 14:00.
