On 7th of July, Bulgaria’s President Rosen Plevneliev called on Parliament to make urgent revision of the state budget, to pass an update of the budget of the National Health Insurance Fund and to pass measures in support of the Bulgarian National Bank as a strong regulator.
He urged the parties in Parliament to make a final effort, before the legislative body is dissolved, to unite around these priorities.
