"This has not happened before. I expect the MPs to start work from today," President Rumen Radev said on October 19 after the two unsuccessful attempts to elect the Speaker of the 48th National Assembly.
In his words, even a highly fragmented Parliament can find unity around important decisions for the country.
"We expect this to happen today, it is important," Rumen Radev added.
