Some 300 protesters blocked the Lyulin motorway immediately after Daskalovo junction on 13th of November.
Traffic is temporarily stopped in both directions. The protsters walked the distance from Iztok residential area in Pernik to the motorway. They demanded the government's resignation. They insist on a higher standard of living and change of the governance system.
The protest is guarded by police and gendarmerie. No application was submitted for the protest actions and permission was not given by the municipality of Pernik.
Protests In Dobrich (North-East of Bulgaria) also continue. For another day in a row, dissatisfied people gathered in the centre of the city. Protesters' demands are not only related to high fuel prices but they also demand changes in the system and better standard of living.
The protesters are mainly young people who insist on policies to improve their quality of life. They vow to continue the protests until there is a change.
